Favourites: My Top 3 Mascaras

Mascara is one of those things I think can completely transform a face. Stick on a bit of mascara and you can go from looking a bit sad and sorry for yourself after a big night out to a natural, fresh faced, big eyed girl. I personally may over-do it a little with mascara as I am such a fan on the long-lashed look but it also means I know a little about mascara. Here are my three  current faves:

Lancome Hypose Star: This is actually a little tester mascara I got free when buying a few other products. However, I actually love it and will buy a full sized version when this little one runs out. I like to use this mascara to create length in my eyelashes but also to make them look very black, and therefore thick. Just a few strokes of this mascara and you can really see the difference.

Topshop Doe Eyed Lashes: I think this is just a gorgeous, clever name for a mascara because who doesn't want to have doe eyed lashes? It was actually the name that first attracted me to this mascara and it's beautifully thick brush and attractive packaging that has made me stay with it. This mascara is best for thickening the lashes more than lengthening them. However, it does this without leaving any clumps. If a little clump does ever seem to attach itself to a lash, one more stroke through with the brush gets rid of it and you're back to statement long eyelashes.

Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes: I think I have written about this mascara quite a few times now on my blog. That just goes to show how much I am truly impressed with it! If I am ever just popping out quickly in the daytime to do a bit of shopping, I will only use this mascara to give my eyes a little bit of a 'pop'. Literally a few strokes of this mascara and my eyelashes are already above my eyelid crease, reaching for my eyebrow. And that's saying something because I have naturally very short, horrible eyelashes. I also love this mascara because it is not completely black. It is very very close to black but I feel it is not quite as dark as my other mascaras. Charlotte Tilbury's Full Fat Lashes has a lovely dusty dark colour to it that it still looks very natural on the eyelashes. I would recommend buying this to anyone.

Which mascaras do you guys use? I would love to try a few more!
